The Beech Drive project extended on the 2 bedroom house in Suffolk Park by adding a master bedroom and ensuite at the rear of the property. In the kitchen and living area, bifold doors were installed to allow for greater access to the newly designed outdoor entertainment area. This outdoor space boasts 70m2 of ironbark decking surrounding the new precast concrete pool. To allow for further privacy, a 2.4m high fence was constructed at the side of the property.
