The clients needed more room for their growing family. The name was to create a parents retreat on the new new second level. This would free our bedrooms downstairs.

We got it the whole house creating three bedrooms downstairs. We did an extension at the roof of the property for a new laundry. The first floor became the parents retreat. This included master bedroom ensuite walk-in Road and a study.

Main challenges with this job that firstly it was full of asbestos all wall ceilings and the concrete demolish. We need to get specialist teams into this. Second main challenge was that it was an extremely old house. We had to do a lot of remaining work on the structure to bring it up to today’s standards.
