This project focused on improving both space and functionality while updating the overall look of the home. The goal was to create better internal flow, expand usable areas, and deliver a cleaner, more modern exterior.

A new carport was built to free up the existing garage, allowing it to be converted into a functional rumpus room. The exterior was reworked with a new driveway, entry pathway, and fresh turf after removing the old driveway, gardens, and grass. Inside and outside, angled walls were straightened to maximise usable space and improve layout efficiency.

At the rear, a new flyover roof was added to open up the entertaining area and create a more usable outdoor space. The home was further enhanced with updated render and cladding, along with a new kitchen and laundry to improve daily functionality and finish quality.
