This project focused on extending the client’s existing living area to better utilise previously unused exterior space. The goal was to create a more open and functional environment that connects naturally to the outdoor pool area, improving both everyday living and entertaining.

One of the main challenges was the tight site access, which limited the use of machinery and required much of the work to be completed by hand. Despite this, the result is a well-executed extension featuring a raked ceiling, highlight windows, and large sliding doors that open directly to the pool, creating a bright and connected indoor-outdoor space.
