We converted the clients garage into a self-contained unit with an extension of the side of the garage for a new ensuite. We also reconfigured the interior to open up the kitchen created large pantry and a new master bed ensuite. The biggest challenge with this job was the fact that it was at the bottom of a hill and water would constantly be running onto the job site. We need to pump water out daily until we had the slab poured once that was done it was smooth sailing. a
