This project involved a two-storey extension at the front of the property, designed to expand both living and entertaining spaces while adding functional upper-level rooms.

On the ground floor, a wine bar and dedicated entertaining area were created to enhance how the home is used for hosting and day-to-day living. Above this space, a new ensuite and study were added, providing additional comfort and flexibility for the homeowners. The build required extensive structural work, particularly within the slab, along with the integration of significant structural steel to support the design.
